Can I modify the order after it has been submitted online?
Due to our effort to ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible, we can accommodate certain modifications (shipping address, payment type, packaging) to the order if it has not been invoiced or shipped. Please contact your account representative for more information.
Can I pick up my order as I stay nearby to your store?
Sure, you can always contact our customer services representatives and inform them that you want to pick up the order. In that case, once the order is ready, instead of shipping it out, we will give you a call and you can come to our store to pick up the order.
Is the product in stock?
Yes, most of our products are always in stock.
The product I want to buy comes up as Out of Stock. When will it be back in stock?

What is the processing and ship out time?
Most orders are shipped within 1-business day from the order date. Orders placed before 04:00 pm PST will be intended to ship the same day; orders placed after 04:00 pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

Do you ship directly from China?
No, for right now all orders will be shipped from our Hayward, California warehouse. However, we are planning to ship from China directly soon.
Can I get express delivery for my shipment?

How do I return my products for a refund?
Merchandise in its original condition is valid for return or exchange within 30 days of ship date. All returns must have an Order Number visibly marked on the outside of the return package in order to be processed. The Return department will not accept any unmarked packages.
Shipping cost is non-refundable. Customers will also be responsible for return shipping costs.
How can I file a warranty claim?
Sun Wireless offers a 30-day limited warranty for products with manufacturer defects in material or craftsmanship (warranty excludes any SALE or FINAL SALE items). All returns must have an Order number visibly marked on the outside of the return package in order to be processed. The Return department will not accept any unmarked packages.
Will I be notified of any back order items on my existing order?
Our website is updated every day with the latest inventory status. However, in the very unlikely event that a product goes back ordered, Sunwireless.com will let the customer know through email or phone within six days of the purchase.
In such cases, to avoid delaying your entire order, Gifts Circle might split your order and send the products that are already available. The back ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available.
Do You Charge Sales Tax?
The state of California requires sales tax to be charged on all orders sent with in the state of California. The resellers must provide the legal certificate of their Reseller’s certificate issued by the State of California to be exempt from the Sales Tax.
